Who is this book for?
This book is for the 99 percent. Not the tech elite or Silicon Valley founders. The small business owner, the accountant, the teacher, the nurse, the parent who wonders what AI means for their child's future. If you've read about AI for two years and still haven't started, this book is for you.
Is this a technical book?
No. The AI Coach is not a manual. You won't find prompt engineering tutorials or step-by-step automation recipes. It's a conversation about what AI means for human work, dignity, and purpose. Technical readers will find it grounded in current research; non-technical readers will find it accessible.
What's the difference between The AI Coach and Niko's German book Der KI-Coach?
The AI Coach is an independent international work, not a translation. The German edition focuses on the German Mittelstand and its specific challenges. The international edition opens with a five-worlds framework: Silicon Valley, China, India, Africa, and Europe. Both books share themes; their content differs significantly.
When does the book release?

In which languages will the book be available?
Seven languages are planned: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, and Japanese. The English edition is the source text; other editions are adaptations preserving Niko's authentic voice.
Why "AI Coach" and not "AI consultant" or "AI trainer"?
A consultant delivers a strategy and leaves. A trainer delivers knowledge and ends. A coach walks alongside, addresses both the technology and the human, and stays through the transition. The AI Coach is a profession built on three pillars: technology fluency, human psychology, and domain expertise.
Is Niko Martzy a tech expert?
Niko is an education entrepreneur, not a computer scientist. He founded the ecomex Business Academy in 2004 and has guided thousands of professionals through four technology waves: online marketing, e-commerce, social media, and now AI. His expertise is at the intersection of technology and human transition.
Does the book cover specific AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude?
The book references current AI systems where relevant but is not tied to any single tool. Specific products will be outdated within a year; the human dynamic of adopting transformative technology is timeless.
